Where do you travel?+

Western Washington — Seattle, Eastside, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellingham, and everywhere in between. We'll consider further destinations on request, with travel factored into the quote.

How much space do you need?+

It depends on the setup. A single free-roam arena typically needs roughly 20×20 feet of clear floor space. For booth-style headset stations we can fit into much smaller footprints. We confirm exact requirements when we scope your event.

What about power and internet?+

We run on standard wall outlets — no special power required. Most experiences run fully offline; we don't depend on your venue's Wi-Fi.

Is there an age limit?+

Most VR content is rated 10+. We adjust the game lineup based on your audience — kids parties get age-appropriate titles, corporate events get more competitive options.

What does pricing look like?+

Every event is custom — pricing depends on headcount, duration, equipment, travel, and game selection. Submit the form and we'll send a tailored quote within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I book?+

Two to four weeks is comfortable. We'll do our best on shorter timelines — reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's feasible.

Can you do outdoor events?+

Yes, with the right setup — shade, level ground, and weather contingency. Tell us about the venue and we'll advise.

Are you insured?+

Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue on request.
